Shipping Policy

This policy explains how the250.shop processes, ships, and tracks orders. Please read it before purchasing so you know what to expect.


1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations.

If you place an order to an address outside the United States, we'll cancel and refund it.


2. Order processing time

Most of our products are made to order — they're produced specifically for you after you place your order. This means there are two stages before your package arrives:

  1. Production: 2–7 business days
  2. Shipping: see section 3

Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

Production time does not start until payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

A small number of items in our catalog may be pre-made stock items that skip the production stage. These ship within 1–2 business days. The product page will indicate if an item is in-stock vs. made-to-order.


3. Shipping speeds and rates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the items in your cart, and the speed you choose.

We offer:

  • Standard shipping — most economical option
  • Expedited / Express shipping — faster delivery for an additional charge

These are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery time = production (2–7 business days) + transit time above. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, December) can extend transit times.

Express shipping is available for most US destinations (mainland only — Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and military addresses are not eligible for Express). If you select Express but your delivery address is not eligible, your order will ship Standard at the rate quoted at checkout.


4. Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, not when it's placed. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show activity after the label is created.

If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, contact us at support@the250.shop.


5. Multiple shipments

Because our products are produced at different facilities depending on the item, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


6. Lost, stuck, or returned packages

Lost in transit: If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, contact us. All lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After this window, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Marked delivered but not received: Carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before it arrives. Wait 2–3 business days, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us if it still hasn't shown up.

Returned to sender — wrong address: If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you have two options:

  • Pay reshipping costs to send to a corrected address, or
  • Receive a partial refund (product cost only — original shipping is non-refundable).

Returned to sender — refused delivery: Packages refused by the recipient are treated the same way as wrong-address returns above.


7. Address changes

We cannot change a shipping address once an order has entered production. If you spot a mistake, email support@the250.shop immediately with your order number — we'll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes after the order is submitted to production.


8. Damaged packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box before opening, then photograph the contents. Submit photos to support@the250.shop within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details on replacements and refunds.
